Customer service orders: You receive customer service orders for our commercial coffee machines and execute the orders according to the appointments problem- and customer-oriented

Reassembly & commissioning: You are responsible for reassembly and commissioning of the machines incl. Instruction of staff and maintenance of any kind

Guarantee & Culancy Decisions: You meet warranty and cunning decisions under the existing directives

Customer advice: You advise the customers on maintenance issues and the completion of maintenance agreements and, if necessary, conduct them. debt collection by the customer

Additional sales: You recognize and sell follow-up and supplementary machine sales and create customer service reports

You have a completed training in an electrical profession and ideally bring a further education to the technician (m/w/d) and/or master (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics with

You convince us with your professional experience in customer service and your sound electronics. or mechatronic knowledge

In addition to your high flexibility and strong willingness to use, you score with your high solution and customer orientation

Your main residence is in the region of Ulm, Augsburg, Aichach, Nördlingen, Neuburg a.d. Donau or Mindelheim
