(Senior) Tax Manager VAT | SAP & Processes (m/f/d)

Legal advice & project support: You advise the departments and corporations on sales tax issues, from complex individual behaviour and new business areas to projects to M&A transactions and tax arrangements. You will prepare sound opinions and opinions and accompany projects from tax design to implementation Data analysis & tax monitoring: You analyze sales tax relevant business incidents and data in SAP, identify vulnerabilities and tax risks and derive concrete measures SAP, Processes & Digitization: You design and optimize sales tax processes and booking logics in SAP, develop automated test routines and introduce your tax expertise into Group-wide digitization and automation projects. You also actively shape the use of new technologies in the control area Compliance & Risk Management: You ensure compliance with VAT regulations, evaluate legislative changes and new regulations, derive concrete action from this and tax their implementation in the Group. In addition, you continuously develop existing control and risk management processes Policy & Knowledge Transfer: You develop sales tax corporate policies and the sales tax manual, inform about current developments and design and maintain practical training for relevant target groups in the Group

You have completed a university degree with a tax, economic or comparable focus or are a graduate financial institution (m/w/d). Ideally, you have successfully completed the tax advisor examination You have several years of professional experience in sales tax, preferably in a group or a larger business environment You are safe in handling SAP and larger amounts of data and are happy to combine tax issues with digital solutions You are interested in new technologies and their applications in the control sector – especially for automation and artificial intelligence You work independently, structured and analytical and bring a pronounced number affinity with You communicate complex tax issues in a comprehensible way, represent your technical positions bindingly and develop viable solutions together with different stakeholders You like to work in the team, take responsibility and find pragmatic and sustainable solutions for complex challenges
