Project Manager Electrical Engineering / Building Services ELT – Industrial Construction (m/f/d)

Responsible project management and planning of complex TGA-ELT projects over all relevant performance phases of HOAI Planning and coordination of heavy and weak power plants in demanding industrial construction Responsibility for costs, quality, dates and economic project success Technical control and support of internal and external specialist planners Coordination of the interfaces between building, architecture, HKLS, project management and exporting companies Creation and testing of planning results, technical calculations, tenders and award documents Technical advice and reliable support of our customers throughout the project Participation in the further development of our TGA planning processes, quality standards and procedures

Complete study of electrical engineering, energy engineering or building engineering, or a further education for the state-tested technician or master in the field of electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in electrical planning or project management within the technical building equipment Funded knowledge of HOAI and a good understanding of the relevant planning and construction processes Experience in the planning of heavy and weak power plants, ideally in industrial or commercial construction Knowledge of tendering and awarding as well as ideal for dealing with VOB Safe handling of common planning and industry software, such as AutoCAD, Revit or comparable applications Very good German knowledge and good English skills Structured and independent mode of operation, communication strength and a binding occurrence vis-à-vis customers and project participants Joy in cross-company cooperation and in leading projects both professionally and economically to success
