Team leader in direct service in the energy industry at the Essen site (m/f/d)

As a team leader (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), you support your team to actively accompany our customers in all commercial processes (e.g. billing, alternating processes, data cleaning and customer service/backoffice). Your tasks include: Project management: You conduct complex customer projects on your own and always look at the cost-effectiveness and customer and employee satisfaction Team leadership & promotion: You are responsible for the professional and personal development of your employees and conduct independent feedback and development talks Performance Management: You analyze key figures, perform proactive optimizations and secure our high standard through targeted quality assurance measures Interface Management: You act as a direct wire to our clients and support the area management for strategic customer appointments Operational performance: You tax the reporting and ensure smooth monthly billing
