What awaits you:

• As Senior Product Manager Messaging (m/w/d), you are responsible for the product management of Business Messaging products throughout the life cycle. This includes responsibility for the implementation, development and optimization of existing products, processes and capabilities to increase the profitability of our messaging platforms in coordination with other departments and business units.
• You act as a project manager for business messaging projects as well as for requirements management and coordination between key stakeholders (strategy, marketing, technology, VF Group & Group Technology) and are the central interface to local technology.
• You will develop independent and regular analyses and reports on our business messaging products and the market based on relevant KPIs to optimize our business and support strategic decisions.
• You develop and implement new processes and structures, for example in the fields of finance, support and operation, in coordination with the relevant specialist areas for existing and new products in the field of business messaging.
• You monitor our messaging products and services to prevent misuse and optimize inventory business.
• You enter existing business customers and partners of our messaging platforms in a B2B2C environment for operational enquiries and changes.
• You act as a central contact person for external and internal stakeholders in terms of operations, reporting, women and settlement topics related to business messaging.
• You carry out the documentation and optimisation of relevant operational processes of corporateSMS and Rich Business Messaging.

What distinguishes you:

• Higher education or higher education in BWL/VWL or economic engineering.
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in the field of telecommunications and API monetization, preferably in the business messaging environment (A2P SMS, Bulk Messaging).
• Detection of challenges and independent development of solutions including the team.
• Impressed capacity for independent and self-responsible continuous alignment and prioritization of your own work as well as the team and service provider.
• Embossed understanding of technical/systemic and economic relations.
• High number affinity.
• Extensive experience in dealing with messaging projects.
• Very good communication skills. *Expressed analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.
• Flowing English knowledge in word and writing (B2 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
