The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. The “Children, Youth and Family” division of the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie combines offers of integration aid and youth assistance under one roof. This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

Educational / Social pedagogue / Healing teacher - Pädag. (w/m/d, 25-100%) day service in the 2-shift system Are you a pedagogical specialist, educator, curative nursein, social pedagoguein or have a comparable qualification and want to actively shape the everyday life of children and adolescents in a family atmosphere? Located in our housing for children and young people in the Mühltal, surrounded by forest and field, 10 children and young people currently live with an impairment in two housing communities. The aim of our work is to be a family home for young people.

How does your day look like • Carrying with patience, empathy and humour, providing and supporting children and young people from different worlds of life in everyday life, accompanying their development to independent personalities and thus promoting the way into a self-determined life • They plan individual and group educational offers for and with children and young people • Through active design and professional exchange in the team, you contribute to a continuous development of pedagogical work • They work with the Youth Office, the caregivers or the legal guardian trustfully and supportively
