We are looking for our team at Gera from 01.10.2025

Duration: permanent employment: 39.0 h/week

It is used in youth and coaching measures.

Your tasks: • Social-pedagogical support for customers with strong support needs • crisis intervention, promotion of key competencies • Conflict and behaviour training • Cooperation with offices and authorities • Contact to clients and network partners • project-related administrative work and documentation activities

Your profile: • completed studies of social education/working and Social work (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) or pedagogy (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) a completed degree also includes the acquisition of professional competence (e.g. state recognition) with • Documentation-proof use of MS Office applications • policing certificate (section 30(5) and section 30a(1) of the Federal Central Register Act)
