Quality Specialist Customer Service (m/f/d)

You evaluate the quality of customer request processing via phone, email and chat – both for private and business customers You give constructive feedback to employees and document the results in the system Based on reports and analyses, you can identify needs for improvement and guide them to the relevant teams (e.g. training, process management, digital services) You work together with quality management in exchange formats and audits with our external partners You actively contribute to the continuous improvement process. As a brand ambassador*in you represent our quality standards in the company If necessary, you will work up to 30% of your working hours in the customer service

You have high quality standards and represent them within the organization Ideally, you have experience in customer service, e.g. in the logistics or service industry You think process-oriented and realize relationships You have a good expression in word and writing Your work is structured and independent Dealing with Excel and PowerPoint is familiar to you in the basic features and working with reports is fun
