ERP Solution Manager Production (m/f/d)

Do you want to support an ERP system not only, but actively develop and drive the digitalization of a producing company? Then we'll give you a key role. You take over the integration of our ERP system GUS and continuously develop our ERP landscape – up to the integration of other sites and product areas.

Responsibility for the implementation of our production as well as other departments to the GUS ERP system Analysis, design and optimization of business and production processes Introduction and further development of production-related ERP modules Working with the connection of other locations and business areas Control and coordination of external ERP partners and service providers Close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics, quality, finance and IT Recording, prioritization and implementation of professional requirements Development of sustainable ERP solutions with a view to efficiency, scalability and sustainability Test management, user training and support of rollouts Continuous development of ERP landscape and support for digitization projects

Successfully completed studies of economic informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in the introduction, implementation or further development of ERP systems in manufacturing companies Understanding production processes and production processes Experience in a manufacturing company with complex manufacturing processes, such as machine and plant engineering, chemistry, pharmaceuticals or medical technology Experience in ERP projects focusing on production, PPS, production control or supply chain Knowledge of GUS ERP is desirable, but no requirement Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication and interface competence Experience in project management and cooperation with external partners Joy in setting priorities, creating structures and actively promoting change
