A master's degree in urban planning, spatial planning and environmental planning, sociology, demography or a comparable area as well as experience in urban development, urban planning or market analysis Ideally knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS as well as a safe handling of the relevant legal foundations and guidelines You are a team player who blooms in a dynamic environment, takes responsibility and tackles challenges with own initiative and negotiation skills Creativity, flexibility and the desire to implement new ideas are what you need
