Special at this position Integrated management of buildings, installations, facilities and infrastructures taking into account energy efficiency, environmental aspects and safety Concept and offer creation for technical services and craftsmen incl. their supervision Security management officer acc. Magna Security Policy assignment and support of external service providers and foreign traders, e.g. recurring testing for cranes, light grids, etc. Collection of offers incl. Order registration Monitoring internal and external audits and monitoring of recurring maintenance work Implementation of measures from the BVW process Support for maintenance and development of TPM measures

Your preferred qualifications Successfully completed technical training ideally for mechatronics, electronics or industrial mechanics Multiannual professional experience in maintenance or facility management Structured operation and strong communication and organisational capability Secure handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word) and SAP English knowledge of advantage
