As Head of Unit Z.6 ''Inner Service'', you take on the personal, professional and organizational responsibility for one of BAM's central service and infrastructure departments. Your tasks include: Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team with currently 30 employees, supported by two property lines Strategic and operational control of all tasks of the internal service, including:Location management and area planning of the four BAM sites Building and infrastructure facility management, including CAFM systems and resource management Security and Access Management, Foreign Companies and Emergency Organisation fleet and mobility management in the sense of a sustainable overall concept Waste management according to KrWG and internal environmental concepts Goods and postal logistics and internal services

Responsibility for budget, contract management and cost-effectiveness of processes Advising the office or Authority Initiation and support of digitalization and optimization projects

completed academic studies (Diplom/Master) of law, engineering, economic or administrative sciences or a comparable subject with a deepening in public management, facility management, organisation or administrative management; for occupants/officials the career qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service of the Federal Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable position – ideally in public service or a scientific institution Funded knowledge in the fields of property and building management, CAFM systems, security management and budgetary and contracting Negotiation security in dealing with external partners (e.g. BImA, Federal Construction Administration, Security Service Provider) and organisational skills in internal cooperation Conscientious mastery of German and English Impressed communication and leadership, strength of decision and sense of responsibility High self-initiative, analytical thinking and joy in conceptual work to develop the full potential of the unit and to introduce your own ideas
