Development and implementation of a global FM strategy taking into account standards, processes, KPIs and budget and investment planning Construction and further development of an FM governance system including maintenance, operator requirements, occupational safety and foreign companies management Definition and harmonisation of global standards for building technology, land use, maintenance and services Management and control of new and remodeling projects in industrial construction, including production, warehouse and office buildings Responsibility for infrastructure topics (e.g. energy supply, media such as compressed air, cold/heat, fire protection, traffic/logistics areas, dewatering) Function as a central interface to internal stakeholders at international locations (Facility Management, Production, EHS, Quality, HR, IT) as well as external partners, planners, authorities and service providers Development and development of a global FM community Matrix organisation to promote cooperation, knowledge sharing and cross-site networking

Completed studies in engineering, economic engineering, architecture, real estate management or facility management and a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in international facility management or management of industrial, production or infrastructure sites Embossed experience in project and program management, in particular in the context of new construction, reconstruction and infrastructure projects Strong understanding of technical infrastructure topics (e.g. energy supply, building technology, media supply, fire protection and transport and logistics areas) as well as secure stakeholder management at all levels including international cooperation Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility, pronounced communication and enforcement strength as well as excellent knowledge of German and English and international travel
