HR Specialist Payroll & Administration (m/f/d)

Care and advice of executives and employees in all personal questions Applicant management and implementation of interviews Organisation and implementation of on- and off-boarding Compilation of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, dismissals, terminations and employment certificates Support in personnel planning and implementation of HR strategies Participation in HR projects and further development of personnel processes Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements Creation, examination and coordination of work contracts and other personal documents in close cooperation with external lawyers Support and support for trainees throughout the training cycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, feedback talks) Individual implementation of the monthly wage and salary bill (DATEV wage and salary) incl. Reporting and certification and correspondence with social security institutions and authorities Care and management of employee files Cooperation with external service providers, authorities and health insurance companies Preparing, monitoring and carrying out audits in the field of social security and pay tax, as well as competent contact person for auditors;

Closed commercial training with further training in staffing or studies with a focus on HR Multiannual experience in human resources, ideally as a human resource Experience in pay billing as well as knowledge in tax and social security law Structured, independent and discrete operation Communication strength and empathy in dealing with employees High level of confidentiality and sense of responsibility
