Support in the creation and maintenance of learning content for our internal training platform Working with onboarding new international users and ensuring a positive user experience Development and implementation of digital training materials on internal processes and sustainability topics Close cooperation with experts on the content of training Participation in the further development of our learning platform

Study Directions: Business Administration, International Business, Media Studies, Adult Education, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Education, Education or Similar Degrees First experience in project work as well as independent and structured work Secure knowledge in English (word and font) and in dealing with MS PowerPoint Knowledge of Canva, iSpring or SAP Enable Now Interest in or first experience with generic AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) Creativity and a good feeling for appealing visual design of learning content Team spirit, initiative and an open, committed personality
