These are your tasks:

• Processing of invoices and billing
• Informing partners about the status of the Quo Mandate
• Check and send account statements
• Invoicing
• give data to external tax office: overtime, personnel access and exits
• Manage insurance
• Edit input invoices and support by administrative staff
• Output invoices

Take this with you:

• Good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German
• Alone well-loaded and busy
• Overtime shouldn't be a problem (these are good to celebrate)
• 3E, CarpeDiemTime recording.ChromeRivers and payouts Knowledge should be present
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Experience in accounting
