Specialist Monitoring and Troubleshooting Interfaces (SAP S/4HANA) (Human)

Ensuring smooth operation and monitoring of the interfaces between Wamos, SAP, Kofax and external customer and authorities platforms Monitoring of data flows, interface jobs and processing protocols in compliance with service and quality standards Analysis and correction of errors in financial, master and document data as well as implementation of root-cause analyses in data inconsistencies and interface terminations Processing and coordination of tickets and cooperation with departments, IT and external service providers Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in interface, monitoring and reporting processes Participation in the introduction of new interfaces and in change and release processes Creation and maintenance of system, process and interface documentation as well as support in audit, compliance and audit requirements Supporting Accounting and Finance by ensuring stable data and business processes

Studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT Focus or Comparative Qualification Experience in the operation and support of SAP interfaces and ERP systems, ideally in the environment of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and DRC Knowledge of the analysis of data flows, interface protocols, log files and system errors Experience in incident, problem and ticket management Understanding financial, accounting and master data processes and document and accounting systems Basic knowledge of SQL, databases or evaluation tools as well as ideal knowledge in the e-invoicing environment Analytical and Structured Operation, Problem Solution Competence and Quality and Service Orientation Communication capability, also in English, as well as pleasure in documenting and communicating complex topics in a clear, precise and targeted manner
