Working Student Media Technology (m/f/d)

Technical operation: You support the operation and support of our media systems (e.g. presentation and conference technology, streaming solutions). Support & Enquiries: You take over the acceptance and processing of disturbances and inquiries about our media and conference rooms. Problem solution: You analyze, classify and process technical problems in close cooperation with the employees. Knowledge Management: You are actively working on our Knowledge Base (user instructions, short guides, FAQs).

DEIN PROFIL Studies: You study media technology, event technology, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable technical or scientific study course. Technology affinity: You are interested in audio, video and conference technology (e.g. Crestron, AVM, Teams Rooms). Communication: You have strong communicative skills in handling users. Ready to learn: You are characterized by high self-motivation and willingness to learn new systems and tools. KI competence: You are curious about Artificial Intelligence, using AI-supported tools in your working day and build your skills step by step. Language skills: You have very good German and good English skills.
