In this position you play a key role in the damage and quality management of our logistics company. You ensure that freight damage is handled professionally, causes are analyzed and sustainable solutions are implemented – making an important contribution to the service quality of our company.

Careful detection, testing and tracking of transport and freight damage Analysis of causes of damage and derivation and implementation of preventive measures Independent processing of complaints and detention Voting with Havarie Commissioners, External Experts and Insurances Professional communication with internal departments and external partners Creation, testing and control of damage settlements Implementation of practical driver training to avoid damage Support in the training of junior staff

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding or logistics Knowledge of relevant legal regulations in transport Secure handling of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured, careful and reliable operation Communication strength, team skills and a professional appearance
