Automotive development is at its greatest turning point in its long history. Join us on our journey to an agile, creative and innovative software area. Design Thinking is our drive. You work with an international network of UX specialists from Sindelfingen, Tokyo, Beijing, Sunnyvale, Seoul, Berlin, Shanghai and Bangalore. The cross-sectional position of this activity offers you insights into many exciting business areas and a unique opportunity to directly shape the Way of Working. Your activities include: Internal communication for the entire MBUX area, including creation and maintenance of newsletters. Continuous care of MB.OS documentation, including creative implementation of visualizations. Support in the production and publication of regular communication podcasts. Community Management for the UX Community of Practice including Intranet care and regular blog posts Core Group support in the planning and implementation of creative events to promote the community. The work student activity can start from August 2025.

Course Communication Science, Media Design, Media Informatics, Communication Design or a comparable course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of Microsoft365 and Figma Proactive engagement, team skills and good communication skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
