Tasks Participation in the optimization and implementation of market orientation and business success of selected product and market segments Operational support of the existing product portfolio as well as participation in its strategic development and new product developments Supporting product changes and support in introducing new products into the market Creation and maintenance of product specifications, request documents and product-related documents Analysis of market and competition developments to derive concrete optimization measures for existing products Analysis of customer feedback, complaints and service information as well as derivation of appropriate improvement measures Participation in the creation of requirement profiles based on customer, market and regulatory requirements Participation in variant management and cost-effectiveness assessments of product changes Support in maintaining and updating market/product/technology roadmaps Participation in trade fairs, special events and customer appointments Regular travel activity (about 20% travel share)

Main interfaces In this position, you work closely with the Head of Product Management. While the strategic orientation of the product portfolio is responsible there, you take over the operational implementation, accompany product optimizations as well as product launches and drive the further development of the product and market segments actively. In your task you also work closely with sales, development and marketing

Successfully completed scientific, technical or commercial. Studies (e.g. medical technology, biotechnology, life science, mechanical engineering, purchasing. ) or a comparable qualification

Experience in the product management of laboratory equipment, medical technology or comparable technical products - alternative practical experience in the laboratory or in the handling of laboratory equipment with first experience in product management

technical understanding and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Structured, solution-oriented, self-responsive, analytical working with convincing results Organisational skills and strong communication and team skills Safe handling of common MS Office applications as well as ERP/PLM systems Very good and stylish knowledge of German and English
