The German Pension Insurance Federation builds on its real estate department: Here we plan, build and operate all buildings – from rehabilitation centers for our insurers to modern service buildings for our 26,000 employees. About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. In a special position of trust, you take over the holistic coordination and technical assistance of procurement procedures for our building management in close cooperation with our central department. This will help you to ensure that structural measures are implemented economically, smoothly and properly in our nationwide properties. Your tasks include: Own-sponsored preparation of tenders and awards including preparation of the performance descriptions in the field of building management, including the relevant industrial engineers, architects and other stakeholders Participation in the testing and evaluation of offers and in bidding presentations Supporting existing framework contracts, including contract management, risk assessment and ensuring the contractually compliant performance Designing a structured knowledge management to secure and share expertise in the team

You like to work independently and keep an overview in complex processes. With your open way, you get to the team in a collegial way, go actively to others and maintain an appreciation of communication with all stakeholders. In addition, bring the following: A successfully completed university education (academic degree:Bachelor/ Diploma (FH)) in the economic, technical or property-related field (e.g. business management, civil engineering or real estate) Multiannual professional experience in the preparation and monitoring of procurement processes in the construction and real estate environment, in particular in the preparation and testing of performance descriptions and performance directories Experiences in public procurement management and knowledge of VOB are desirable
