During your training for medical professionals, you will get to know the diverse tasks in everyday medical life and be prepared step by step for your future activities. These include: Patient care and organization - You receive and accompany patients and assist in organizing appointments and procedures. Documentation and Administration You document treatment processes, care for patient records and learn the basics of billing medical services. Information and communication You support patients in questions about investigations and pre- and post-care and learn the communication in the medical environment. You will learn about the safe handling of medical instruments and their preparation and care

You have a good middle school degree or a comparable educational degree You work carefully, responsibly and reliably You are interested in medical topics and enjoy learning new things. You also keep calm in challenging situations and show empathy. You go open to people and meet patients as well as their relatives friendly and respectful. You like to work in the team and get involved in your training day
