Start as an educator*in (m/w/d) ■ We are pleased to welcome you as part of our dedicated team at the Youth Office of a dynamic city. ■ In the Youth Office, we have more than 4,500 motivated colleagues working to promote a positive development of children in over 185 day-care facilities. In our facilities, we implement the sophisticated educational concept “Einstein in der Kita” and actively contribute to language promotion in our kitas, so that the children receive optimal support. ■ \nIn this responsible role, you design the educational framework in which children can exploit their unique potential. They actively participate in the creation of an inspiring habitat for the children and accompany them in their individual development tasks. Their creative approaches and special focuses are directly involved in pedagogical work, and you guarantee the implementation of our tried-and-tested concept “Einstein in der Kita”. It is important for you to design the environment according to the interests and needs of the children. ■ We are looking for colleagues who have a qualification in the field of social work or social education with state recognition, as well as educators or social pedagogical assistants with corresponding degrees.
