Service Consultant (m/w/d) - für Quereinsteiger (m/w/d)

This is your field of action: You are the first point of contact for our customers in the context of changing deployment activities in the consulting centers of the region. You support our customers in any account management and daily banking business. You inspire our customers for digital banking. You identify customer consulting needs and forward them to the relevant consultants. You can arrange telephone and personal appointments for our consultants and support them in sales.

This distinguishes you: You have successfully completed a commercial training. Ideally, you have a training as a bank merchant (m/w/d) or Sparkassenkaufmann (m/w/d). You bring a flexibility in working hours between 08:30 and 17:30 and the place of use. You have experience in customer care and have a communicative and sovereign appearance towards customers. You are characterized by high reliability and team capability. You are interested in digital progress and have an affinity for digital tools.
