Fire Protection Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for you for the School Administration Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in part-time (50 %) and indefinitely. The operator responsibility team plays a central role in ensuring the proper operation of urban school buildings and school sports facilities. With regard to operator requirements, we are responsible, among other things, for the processing of basic questions and for the development of standards and planning bases for school building and school renovation projects. Another part of our daily work is advising other subject areas and third parties on questions of operator liability. In our team, each person has their technical focus.

They are responsible for the testing, identification and analysis of current operator requirements in the fire protection field to ensure a safe operation of school and school sports facilities Creation of internal standards for industrial fire protection Support in the assessment of fire protection concepts and the assessment of fire hazards Assessment and approval of firefall tax matrices They are a competent contact person in close exchange with regard to fire protection issues with school management, schoolmasters, technical teachers and other offices, fire directors and third parties, and thus contribute to the proper cooperation of all stakeholders. a completed study in the field of fire protection engineering, safety and danger prevention, safety technology, civil engineering (preferably with a deepening of preventive fire protection), facility management, real estate management or a comparable field of expertise (for foreign degrees, the presentation of a recognition in Germany and a German translation is required) ideal is a training as an expert or expert planner for preventive fire protection Basic knowledge of building and plant engineering fire protection incl.
