System administration and maintenance of Smart 3D (Hexagon) software and related systems Installation and configuration: Installations, upgrades and configurations of Smart 3D Software User support: providing technical support and training for end users to ensure that You can effectively use the software. Troubleshooting: Diagnosis and Fixing Software and System Problems to Ensure Smooth Operation Security Management: Implementation and monitoring of security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including installation instructions, user manuals and troubleshooting protocols Collaboration: Close cooperation with other IT teams and specialist departments to ensure that the Smart 3D software is optimally integrated into the business processes

Experience: Multiannual experience in system administration, preferably with Smart 3D (Hexagon) or similar software Technical knowledge: Knowledge of the installation, configuration and maintenance of Smart 3D software. Experience with databases and networks is advantageous Problem-solving skills: Impressive skills for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members Team skills: ability to work in a team while taking on tasks independently Flexibility: readiness for continuous training and adaptation to new technologies and requirements
