NOWEDA is a critical infrastructure company – we take responsibility for security of supply, availability and trust. In order to meet the ever-growing regulatory and safety requirements, we are specifically expanding our team. We are looking for you as an information security officer (ISB).

In this key role, you actively shape the information security of our KRITIS company – strategic, organizational and technical. You are the central contact person for information security, regulatory requirements and resilient processes and ensure that security is not only documented, but lived.

Takeover of the role of the Information Security Officer (ISB) in accordance with KRITIS requirements Expansion, operation, further development and co-responsibility of our ISMS Ensuring KRITIS compliance according to current legal regulations (IT Security Act, BSI‐KritisV, NIS2) Assessment of safety incidents and coordination of incident and crisis management measures Planning and monitoring of internal and external audits Conception and enforcement of security policies and concepts Cooperation with BCM, IT Security, Data Protection, IT Operation and External Authorities and Testers

Complete study of computer science, business informatics, IT security or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in information security, ISMS or IT governance – ideally in the KRITIS or regulated environment Very good knowledge of relevant standards and laws (BSI IT Grundschutz, ITSiG 2.0, NIS2, GDPR) Experience in risk management, audit preparation and safety organisation Structured, responsible working and strong communication skills Ability to communicate complex safety requirements in a comprehensible and pragmatic way
