Number: MER00042CZ What is the focus of the student work? As a working studentin Scrum Master, you take the Scrum Master role for an agile team. In our department, the basic software of the new central control computer Fahren & Laden (CDCC – Central Driving and Charging Controller) is created. This software forms the technical basis on which further vehicle functions are based. The team ensures that the software is created and works reliably, including pipelines and component tests. In your role as Scrum Master, your focus is not on the technical development itself, but on the organization, cooperation and continuous improvement of the team. You support the team to work effectively after Scrum, promote transparency and self-organization and create a framework in which good cooperation is possible. Of course, you are also very close to the technology and can get exciting insights to the test benches & vehicles. As a working studentin Scrum Master, you take the Scrum Master role for an agile team and actively shape the cooperation. You act as a Servant Leader, promote self-organization, support the team with continuous improvement and ensure the implementation of the Scrum framework. You work independently in the role, but you are accompanied and coaxed professionally. Your tasks as Scrum Master*in: Own takeover of the Scrum‐Master role for an interdisciplinary team Moderation and execution of all Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) Team coaching in agile principles, scrum values and self-organization Product Owner support in cooperation with the team Identification and elimination of impediments Promoting transparency, focus and continuous improvement Support for team-wide cooperation with stakeholders Reflection and further development of the work of the team The activity can begin from July 2026.

That's what you bring: enrolled student of a suitable degree course, e.g.: (economic) informatics or software engineering, economic engineering, business management, management, economics, media informatics, digital business, information management, psychology, work and organizational psychology, social sciences or communication sciences, or comparable courses

Interest in Scrum, agile methods and teamwork

First contact points with agile work are advantageous, but no requirement

Good knowledge of German and English

Communication skills, team spirit and willingness to learn
