Security Engineer (m/w/d) We are looking for you for the Industrial Safety Service of the Mayor's Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The posts must be occupied without delay. In the team, the security specialists of the occupational safety service advise the offices and self-services of the state capital of Stuttgart on all issues of occupational and health protection. As a result of the increase in staff at the offices and private enterprises, additional jobs were created at the occupational safety service, which can now be occupied.

They perform independently the tasks described in the ASiG They identify and evaluate health hazards at the workplace and advise on the creation of risk assessments They advise on new and rebuilding measures and on the procurement of work equipment They lead to starvation They carry out training and support in the implementation of safety instructions They investigate accidents at work and derive protective measures with the responsible managers A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

University degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur/-in or comparable Bachelor degree, preferably from the field of security technology or electrical engineering or equivalent university degree practical experience in engineering (possibly in the field of occupational safety) comprehensive knowledge in the field of occupational health and safety and occupational safety management, understanding of contemporary prevention work at least the recognition of training levels I and II of a German accident insurance institution structured, independent and result-oriented working style with clear awareness of security issues Flexibility and communication strength combined with persuasiveness, team capacity and joy in interdisciplinary work as well as self-initiative and knowledge transfer skills and a high social competence in dealing with executives, employees and third parties Applicants who do not qualify as an engineer or Bachelor can demonstrate, cannot be taken into account in the selection process.
