Take responsibility for our performance landscape in the international transport business. You monitor the delivery performance along the entire transport chain, identify potential improvements and work closely with various stakeholders to achieve measurable results.

Be part of our 11-member team and play a central role in optimizing KPIs, improving runtime and ensuring operational excellence across borders.

We value flexibility: You work about 40% of your time on site in Bad Hersfeld, up to 50% in mobile work and spend about 10% of your working time on traveling within Europe. You are responsible for and driving the improvement of running times and the punctuality of delivery along the First Mile, Middle Mile and Final Mile You define and control KPI targets that are ambitious, measurable and tuned to the corporate goals You monitor performance, analyze data and identify causes to implement sustainable improvements You will participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, follow progress and maintain commitment to implementation You control operational disorders, for example due to weather events, strikes or residues, and coordinate appropriate stabilisation measures You develop new KPIs, automate reporting and start performance dashboards, for example in Power BI

Complete studies in the field of business management, management, logistics or a comparable discipline 5 to 7 years of professional experience in performance management, operational functions or in the field of analytics Embossed analytical skills, data-driven thinking and a focus on continuous improvement Detectional ability to take responsibility, achieve results and work successfully in a dynamic environment Experience in handling data analysis tools and performance reporting systems English language skills (C1) in word and writing
