IT Project Management Digital Transformation and Data (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the design and management of internal and external projects taking into account economic, organisational and/or business-strategic framework conditions You advise and support all internal and external project participants (contractors:in, project management, project staff) in fulfilling their role-specific tasks in project management and in the context of transformation You tax these project participants in terms of time, cost and quality objectives You will ensure all relevant interfaces and efficient processes and cooperation in the inside and outside You look at the formulation of clear project goals and milestones, the definition or Consultation of required resources and the creation of project plans and promote project implementation You shape the presentation of the projects to the outside and ensure the early and sustainable transfer of them to the line You are involved in regular reporting on project progress, as well as in the adaptation of project plans in corresponding project management tools You carry out effective and efficient processes in the team / department / department as well as in cooperation with all other relevant organizational units, from all strategic areas as well as operational areas, You work in an environment that promotes agile project development according to Scrum and PRINCE2 Agile and actively uses innovative methods

You have completed university studies, preferably in an information technology, technical or similar course of study, or similar skills and experience You bring appropriate experience in project management – like IT or Digital environment – as well as modern technologies and digital transformation with You have strong conceptual-methodic skills and knowledge, first change management experiences, interest in and affinity for corporate transformation and organisational development, and motivation and suitability for highly interdisciplinary and cross-professional work You have good communication and analysis skills, especially in decentralized and distributed organizational structures Ideally, you have first experiences with a health service provider or in health and safety and know the resulting requirements for project management and digital processes Certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile, Scrum (e.g. Scrum Master / Product Owner), Kanban or comparable agile methods are of advantage and are expressly welcomed
