Your tasks

• Oversight and execution of plant inspection, maintenance and repair work
• Monitor the correct overall state of the objects to be supervised
• Ensuring the technical operational readiness of the objects
• Communication with the customer on site, as well as care and construction of contacts
• Documentation of maintenance, inspection and repair orders

That's what you bring

• A completed vocational training as an electronic engineer for energy and building technology (m/w/d), plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a home technician (m/w/d) is desirable
• Class B driving licence
• customer and solution-oriented thinking and acting
