As a factory manager, you take over the overall responsibility for our production site in Geretsried and, together with your team, promote the further development of the plant. In doing so, you conduct the work professionally and disciplinefully across the areas of production, maintenance, administration and storage You develop clear goals and KPIs and control the location systematically using these key figures Planning, control and ensuring the entire production process in terms of quality, quantity and efficiency is your responsibility Together with our Lean team, you implement modern lean management methods and boost continuous improvements and efficiency improvements You shape the staff structure, ensure effective personnel deployment planning and actively promote the further development of your employees In close coordination with the management, you plan investments, take over cost control and tax production and budgets with focus on efficiency, quality and sustainability In addition, you ensure that all statutory and internal requirements in the fields of energy, environment, quality, hygiene and work protection are complied with consistently As a central contact person, you coordinate all relevant topics around the Geretsried site across the range and represent it internally and externally

You have several years of experience in the role of factory management – ideally in food production – or bring a comparable qualification with You understand how to guide intercultural teams with empathy, clarity and motivation and inspire people through an inspiring and targeted leadership style New technologies in food production interest you as well as the continuous improvement of existing processes Lean Management is familiar to you – you are delighted to actively shape and successfully implement optimizations Strategic thinking and a structured, predictive way of working are your strengths You convince by high self-motivation, enthusiasm and a clear target orientation You communicate openly, appreciation and at eye level – and connect your communication strength with a pronounced hand-on mentality You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, can flexibly prioritize tasks and keep an overview under pressure Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
