As a Business Unit Automotive & Specialty Lamps, we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and aftermarket. We take a leading position in the automotive lamp business for traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in the LED lighting sector for global OEM customers (e.g. with replaceable LED light sources). Currently, ENI is in an exciting transformation process: As part of a carve-out, the Business Line is transferred as an independent entity to the company structure of Uschi Inc. For them as HR Payroll Specialist (d/m/w), this means the unique opportunity to actively shape this change. To implement a new HRIS/Payroll system, we are looking for a dedicated specialist (d/m/w) that acts as an interface between HR, IT and external payroll providers. As HR Payroll Specialist (d/m/w), you play a central role in operational personnel work. Own-responsible implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting Maintenance and management of personnel master files and time recording systems Contact person for employees and managers in all billing-relevant questions Creation of notifications and certificates according to legal requirements Creation of work contract documents Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (tax, social security law) Processing of attachments and special cases (e.g. short work, part-time) Cooperation with external payroll providers and internal interfaces (HR, Finance, IT) Contact person for authorities, financial offices, auditors and trade unions Participation in implementing the new HRIS/Payroll system and process optimization Creation of reports and statistics

Closed commercial training with further training in personnel Multiannual experience in pay billing and sound knowledge in pay tax and social security law Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software LOGA High accuracy, reliability and discretion Embossed communication skills and service orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
