In your role, you take responsibility for a stable, safe and modern Unix system environment. You administrate our Unix systems and maintain regular software upgrades and professional patch management for a secure infrastructure environment. In the day-to-day business, you analyze and eliminate faults yourself. You implement and monitor security measures to reliably protect our systems and actively contribute to fulfilling compliance requirements. With your scripts, you automate recurring tasks, improve internal processes and thus bring real efficiency gains.

You have a completed computer science study or a comparable training and have sound Unix know-how. You know how to configure and operate Apache and Tomcat web servers and experience network management tools such as Checkmk or Icinga as well as automated software distribution. The use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence is familiar to you. You are ready to support our cloud infrastructures (AWS, Kubernetes) in the medium term. New technologies are thrilling you and you have fun in bringing modern solutions. You bring German knowledge to native language level and a conversation-proof English.
