We offer a job that makes you happy: You support our real estate reviewers: in the pre- and post-preparation of loan valuations, you get exciting insights into the real estate assessment of a savings bank. You prepare documents for the commissioning and outsourcing of expert opinions to external service providers and assist in coordinating the ongoing case processing. You act as an interface between our real estate evaluators: internal and external service providers, process operations in day-to-day business and support in the processing, care and evaluation of relevant data. What we want from you: You are an immatricated student (m/w/d), ideally in a course of study such as real estate management and management, real estate management, business management with real estate or a comparable course of study. You are interested in real estate, economic relationships and ideally have first experience with the loan value determination or real estate assessment. You work carefully, structured and self-responsibility and bring a pronounced analytical approach.
