Social worker / educator for outpatient youth services (m/f/d)

This is why we are looking for a Social pedagogue and educator (m/w/d) in Full or part-time. At the Ambulant Youth Aid of the DRK Wesermünde. Our claim is always: for love for man. • Wide range of offers in the context of “outpatient assistance for education” such as systemic, resource-oriented and method-based activating offers in the field of crisis intervention (FAM and FKD), support and coaching of young people and adults for self-employment, including in their own housing (Flex and MOB), social pedagogical family support, educational support, etc.
• Flexible design of working dates as part of the looking work in the city of Bremerhaven and in the district of Cuxhaven
• Participation in help-plan discussions and the design of active aid courses
• Planning, implementation and moderation of group offers
• Cooperative work with our network partners/social space orientation
• Regular team meetings, case and expert advice and supervision
• Complimentary participation in continuing training for family activation (certified by the umbrella organisation FAM e.V.)

This is what distinguishes you:

• completed studies of social work or social education, or (m/w/d)
• Experience in working with families in crisis situations and knowledge of psychiatric disorders would be desirable
• independent work, team skills
• Professional approach to the close distance relationship with children and adolescents
• Class B driving licence
• identification with the values and ideals of the Red Cross
