Own-sponsored management of demanding construction projects in the construction of high- and turnkey construction Control and monitoring of construction sites with regard to quality, costs and dates Coordination and management of subcontractors and internal project participants Implementation of construction and planning meetings Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Participation in tendering, awarding and billing Documentation of the progress of construction and follow-up management

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification At least 2 years of professional experience in high-quality and turnkey construction Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally in iTWO/Arriba or comparable accounting and costing programs Knowledge of building contract law (BGB/VOB) Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Organizational, enforcement and team skills Safe and binding occurrence readiness to travel within the region
