Advising the management of Schindler Deutschland in relation to the future company setup in the Tax area, e.g. by creating tax planning and elaborating the tax strategy Disciplinary and professional leadership of two tax managers Responsibility for the further development of the German Tax Compliance Strategy, including the positioning towards tax authorities and the support of the reputation of Schindler Germany as a tax-conscious company Cooperation with the global corporate tax department for the long-term optimization of our tax position (including the definition of process requirements) across all tax types Optimization of the tax burden of the German Schindler Group essentially in the areas of direct taxes and sales tax Creation of fiscal budgets and forecasts according to IFRS for the expected total tax rate of German companies Implementation of Tax Accounting and Tax Reporting for Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements according to IFRS Responsibility for audits in the fields of direct taxes, turnover tax, wage tax, insurance tax, basic tax for all major holdings of Schindler Germany Responsibility and coordination of internal and external audits Ensuring tax risk management in relation to identified risks, as well as analysis of tax changes and their impact on Schindler Directives concerning tax audits (Code of Conduct for Tax Examinations, Guide / General Principles for Digital Examinations)

Completed studies in the financial sector, ideally with a focus on tax systems/taxation or comparable training Completed tax advisor training as well as passed tax advisor examinations according to § 37 of the tax advisory law (StBerG) Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the field of taxes, ideally in the group or consulting environment, e.g. in the role as (senior) expert, team lead or head Funded handling of current MS Office applications (especially Excel), good SAP skills are advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High self-responsibility, team capacity and communication strength
