Care and advice of employees and managers in all personnel topics from recruitment to further development to exit Recruiting and onboarding for commercial and commercial employees Maintenance of personnel records, production of work contracts, certificates and certificates Development and implementation of HR projects to optimize personnel processes Support in personnel planning and implementation of personnel development measures Cooperation with the Works Council and ensuring compliance with labour law requirements
