Group Audit Manager / Internal Audit (m/f/d)

Independent and independent planning, implementation and documentation of audits regarding the regularity, economic viability and effectiveness of business processes in all business sectors and subsidiaries. Creation of annual audit planning and independent preparation of audit reports and development of practical recommendations Coordination of the audit results with the relevant departments and follow-up of the agreed measures Provision of internal consulting services, in particular for improving business processes, raising vulnerabilities Cooperation in strategic special projects Further development of the internal control system (IKS) and measures to prevent corruption Takeover of tasks in the fields of compliance and data protection

Completed studies in the field of economics, economic engineering, business informatics or economic law – or comparable qualification First professional experience, preferably in internal auditing, auditing, consulting or controlling Funded business knowledge and a good understanding of business processes and internal control systems Good computer skills and safe handling of the current MS Office applications Experiences with SAP or other ERP systems of advantage Designed analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to identify complex issues in a structured manner and to judge them critically Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented operation High level of responsibility, reliability, discretion and personal integrity Communication strength, safe occurrence and the ability to convey test results in a matter of fact and address Impressed social competence, team skills and integration skills
