In the course of digitalization of HR processes, HR-IT plays a central role in the further development of the corporate landscape. As part of the internal team, you play a responsible role in the support and optimization of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and actively contribute to the future orientation of HR systems. Successfully completed studies with a focus on business, IT or a comparable subject or a corresponding professional qualification Multiannual professional practice in the relevant SAP-HR environment, ideally in a comparable position Good to very good knowledge of SAP HCM, in particular in at least one of the areas of human resource management (PT), personnel accounting (PY) or organization management (OM) First contact points with SAP SuccessFactors are of advantage Secure understanding of modern HR processes, their optimization and the technical connections within an integrated system landscape Independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods and the motivation to actively promote themes Impressed communication and team skills as well as a high degree of readiness, flexibility and self-initiative Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Openness and interest in continuously dealing with new SAP-HR technologies and digital solutions
