Service technicians for dishwashers and dosing systems (m/f/d)

In this position, you play an important role in our technical service and serve our customers around industrial dishwashers, metering systems and technical service solutions. This means: • Installation, maintenance and repair of industrial dishwashers • Assembly, adjustment and testing of dosing systems • commissioning of flushing and metering technology at our customers on site • Analysis and correction of technical disturbances • Implementation of service and maintenance operations in regional external services • Instruction of our customers in the operation and care of the plants • Examination of functionality and ensuring reliable plant operation • Documentation of work and service operations carried out • Close cooperation with sales, internal services, warehouses and technical contacts • Support for professional support and further development of existing customer relationships In short, you ensure that our technical solutions work reliably with the customer and thus make an important contribution to service quality, customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.

You have completed technical training, for example as an electronic, mechatronic, plant mechanic, service technician or in a comparable profession. You ideally have experience in technical customer service, in flushing technology, metering technology, building technology or gastronomy technology. You bring craftsmanship and technical understanding. You work independently, carefully and solution-oriented. You appear friendly and service-oriented in customer contact. You have a class B licence. You are ready to perform regional service operations.
