Your profile Leadership experience: You have leadership experience or have already taken over leadership tasks Qualification: You have a completed training as an educator/healing teacher (w/m/d) with professional experience or a study of social work, social education / medical education / psychology or comparable qualification Professional experience: You bring experience in stationary or outpatient youth assistance with Personal competencies: You are characterized by reliability, commitment, resilience, organisational talent and sense of responsibility Team & Ownership: You work team-oriented and independent, show your own initiative and have enforcement capabilities Work with young people: You enjoy working with people, meet them with respect and empathy and know the special needs of unaccompanied minor refugees and burdened young people Flexibility: You are willing to work in shiftwork and take over office representatives The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
