Participant administration – You are responsible for the administrative preparation and follow-up of seminars in the field of participation management with the aid of the ANTRAGO educational management software. This is, e.g. the telephone and written consultation of the participants with regard to the participation of the seminar, the reception of seminar applications, the examination of the basic conditions of participation, and the updating/reflection of the subscriber data in ANTRAGO and the learning platform ILIAS. Office management – You cover the entire range of organisational tasks in the unit.
