Head of CoC Information Security & Cyber Resilience (w/m/d) In the Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) Engineering, we develop innovative solutions for a wide range of applications in the fields of air, land, sea and cyber, through early phase concept studies to fully qualified systems. Our work deals with (military) networked and 'software defined' mission systems or other overall solutions in customer order. The CoC Information Security & Cyber Resilience is the central competence organization for implementing information security and cyber resilience requirements within the MDS Engineering. While governance, policies, standards and regulatory requirements are defined at Group level, the CoC is responsible for its effective implementation in projects, products and development processes. As Head of CoC Information Security & Cyber Resilience, ensure that cybersecurity competencies, methods, tools and resources are scalable to support development areas and programs in implementing their security requirements.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of CoC Information Security & Cyber Resilience as well as further development of the cross-site expert structure. Ensuring effective implementation of key cybersecurity and information security requirements in projects, products and development processes. Further development of the CoC performance offering in the areas of Process Information Security and System Cyber Resilience. Providing and developing skills, methods and tools for security by design, Threat & Risk Analysis, secure system architectures, implementation support, verification and demonstration. Control of resources, capacities and skills for roles of the cybersecurity framework and other security engineering experts. Support of offers, programs and projects in safety-related issues, including cost assessment, planning and demonstration. Close cooperation with Corporate Cybersecurity, Chief Engineering, Design Authorities, Business Units and Authorities. Promoting knowledge management, standardization and continuous improvement in information security and cyber resilience.

Complete study of computer science, cyber security or comparable qualifications. Long-standing experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, System Security Engineering or Cyber Resilience, ideally in security-critical development environments. Multiannual leadership experience in technical organisations, competence centres or expert structures. Very good understanding of safe system development processes, security-by-design, Threat & Risk Analysis, security verification and regulatory and customer-related security requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz, IEC 62443, NIS2). Experience in resource, capacity and competence management as well as in the development of scalable expert structures. Impressed ability to transfer strategic requirements into practical technical implementation models. Safe appearance to management, engineering, customers, partners and authorities. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
