Operation of CNC milling machines Loading and removal of workpieces Processing of existing CNC programs and production processes Monitoring the manufacturing process Implementation of measurement and visual inspections Detection and reporting of deviations or disturbances Compliance with the specified manufacturing and quality standards Important: No CNC programming required! You don't have to create CNC programs yourself. The focus of your activity is on machine operation, monitoring and reliable implementation of existing manufacturing processes.

Ideal experience in metal processing or CNC manufacturing Experience in handling machines and tools of advantage Technical understanding Practical experience in milling, sawing, grinding or in general metal machining desirable Ready to work in new workflows Reliability and careful operation Motivation, diligence and commitment Responsibility and team skills Quality awareness Ready to work physically in production Ready to work in the 2-shift system Basic knowledge of German to understand work and safety instructions Cross-advertisers welcome! A completed training for the machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or in a comparable metal occupation is advantageous, but no compelling prerequisite. Employees with practical experience in metal processing are also welcome. Our main focus is on motivation, reliability, readiness to learn and technical understanding.

Your working hours: Monday – Thursday Early shift: 06:00 – 14:30 Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00 Friday Early shift: 06:00 – 13:30 Late shift: 13:00 – 20:00 The willingness to work in the 2-shift system is assumed.
