Projektmanager (m/w/d) IT Equipment

Your tasks:

• Implementation of procurement taking into account procurement law
• Consultation of stakeholders on procurement issues
• Participation in supplier appointments
• Implementation of procurement procedures
• Retrievals from framework contracts
• Creation and examination of contracts in cooperation with stakeholders:inside, legal department or client:inside
• Creating orders in SAP/SRM

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• Knowledge of procurement law (UVgO, VGV)
• Experience in purchasing IT documents, software and services
• Experience in handling SAP/SRM
• Experience in the documentation of procurement processes
• Knowledge in the invoice workflow and processing of invoices
