Operational responsibility Support team leaders in operational care, care and security for stable, secure and efficient operation of all clinical applications in the field, as well as resource management Responsibility for incident, problem, change and ticket management in daily business Operational control and coordination of projects Ensuring compliance with SLA, quality and process specifications Leadership & Operational Management of the Organization Professional leadership of all employees Disciplinary leadership in representation of department management Promoting self-employment, self-responsibility and liability in the team Priority, decision making & escalation Priority of all operational topics (incidents, changes and project work) Central escalation instance in target conflicts, bottlenecks and disturbances Cooperation and coordination Close coordination with the management of operational issues Coordination with team leaders and service owners to ensure a stable operation Ensuring a transparent flow of information and communication in the area, across the range and towards the customer

Complete university studies / Higher education in the field of computer science, economic informatics, health management or a comparable subject a comparable qualification with multi-year relevant professional experience in the clinical IT environment Multiannual professional experience in the development of complex clinical IT system landscape Experience in the operational management of employees or teams Experience in managing IT operations, projects and changes Very good understanding of the relationships between clinical processes, IT services and operational stability Experience in cooperation with medical departments, care, administration and IT leadership Ideally experience in a role with escalation and decision-making responsibility Readiness to travel between Lübeck and Kiel
